About Us
The brand [bu:r] was born from the collaboration between the starred Chef Eugenio Boer and the young designer Gianluca Carone, curator of the restaurant's identity. After an intense and extended search, a simple and elegant brand was born, the phonetic transcription of Chef's surname, which encompasses and simultaneously opens up his vision to the world. A menu of only Italian products expressed with the usual creativity, combined with the "family" warmth that characterizes the Milanese restaurant: a break from the culinary contaminations of the past and a hymn to Italian cuisine.
