La Cucina di Frigoriferi Milanesi is a fully Milanese restaurant located a few steps from the centre. A restaurant based on quality and respect for the seasonality of raw materials. The Cucina del Frigoriferi Milanesi menu includes ten dishes, including first courses - such as the delicious crunchy saffron risotto, squid, roasted asparagus and gremolata with citrus fruits and parsley - and fish and meat main courses, including the crunchy vegetable cod tempura with mayonnaise with saffron and lemon; or roasted rabbit with a sauce of Taggiasca olives, capers and anchovy-scented yoghurt sauce.
