The tradition begins in a small seaside village, in San Vito Chietino, where Filippo, with his mother Annina, proposed in his restaurant dishes destined to enter the exclusivity of Adriatic cuisine over the years. It was he, Filippo, who was the man of projects and great intuitions, even though he started simply as a fish trader. And precisely, this knowledge of his raw material led him to conceive the restaurant as a synonym for quality. In a dynamic centre like Milan, a new way of consuming dinner is proposed, based on the proposal of many small tastings to allow you to taste the traditional flavours in a single journey.
