Around the fires, the beating heart of the kitchen, and three chef’s tables lookout to welcome our guests, who have an intimate view over the transformation of raw materials, enabling discovery of new techniques, watching the team's work in an open dialogue. Without any physical barrier between the guest and the kitchen, the guest is truly involved in the experience.
The restaurant has a table that seats up to 10 people, divided into three single tables, and a private room with up to 8 guests. There are fewer seats, a maximum of 26 between the chef’s table, tables and private room.
